John is the Office Manager for the Wieand Law Firm. His primary responsibility for the firm is case management. John works tirelessly to ensure your case is handled properly and without delay by our support staff and attorneys. So, when everything goes flawlessly, you can thank John!
In addition, John is heavily involved in HR and recruitment, marketing and business development, social media platforms, software program management, and operations, administration, and facilities management. John creates various management programs and standard operating procedures, including file management guidelines and deadline management systems, to ensure quality handling of each and every file in the office. John also participates in general administrative duties, including answering the phones and coordinating client meetings, appointments, and the like.
John, a life-long resident of the five-county area, now lives with his family in Chester County. In his free time, he volunteers with Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers and writes a blog on law firm management and mental health and wellness issues. In his down time, you can find John golfing, crafting jewelry, practicing calligraphy, throwing axes (at targets not people), and enjoying the nature trails around home.
